A transformation.
Our students don't come here to fix their bodies. They come here to discover what their bodies can do.
Week after week, they show up a little nervous and leave with confidence, strength, and a feeling of accomplishment they didn't expect. Some call it fun. Some call it empowering. One called it "bruises and joy" — honestly the most accurate description we've ever heard.
This is what we built DC Pole Studio for. Not a workout. A transformation: physical, mental, and deeply personal.
Build real physical strength from zero, no gym experience required. Your body will surprise you.
Strength
Reconnect with your body, feel powerful in your skin, and carry that energy into every part of your life.
Confidence
Reconnect with your body and sensuality, in a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
Sensuality
A community that lifts each other up. People who cheer for you, celebrate your progress, and become your people.
Community
As a complete beginner, you have three entry points. All three lead to the same place, choose the one that fits your life right now.

Why people stay
Most come in alone. A little nervous. And within weeks, they've found their people.
They tell us it's "the best feeling", that it "mutes the thoughts", that it's the first sport they've ever truly loved. Everyone here cheers for each other, celebrates each other's progress... you will never feel judged. You will always feel seen.
- laura
"Since I set foot in the studio 4 years ago, I fell completely in love. Diana and her team really make you feel welcome, strong and sexy!"
- Yelena
"The classes give me so much confidence. Every time I do things I didn't know I could do. I overcome my fears and grow every single time."
- Evelien
"I love seeing how I'm already getting stronger. It's not just physical — it's psychological. The group lifts each other up, and Diana is the heart of it all."
Not at all. Strength is something you build through the practice itself, class after class, your body adapts and grows stronger. You don't need to prepare before coming. You just need to show up.
Before you wonder
The Tryout is one class to taste pole dance. The Introduction Course is 10 structured classes to build real foundations. The Intensive Camp is an immersive experience during school holidays. All three are for complete beginners.
Yes, and almost everyone does. The community at DC Pole Studio is genuinely warm. You will not feel out of place for a single second.
An annual insurance fee of 10€ is required for all classes, except the Tryout. It covers you for the full year regardless of how many classes you take.
Not at all. The pole builds your strength from scratch. Most of our students arrive with zero physical preparation. You start exactly where you are.
Shorts and a fitted top. Skin contact with the pole is what helps you grip, so more skin is actually better. No pole shoes required for beginners.
Absolutely not. We have students from 18 to 60+. The body adapts at any age, and pole is one of the most progressive, adaptive sports you can practise.
After your Introduction Course or Intensive Camp, you join the regular Beginner 1 classes. From there you progress through Beg2, Intermediate, Advanced and Elite, at a rhythm that works for you.
