Tryout Classes
If you are ready to start learning pole dance step by step, the Introduction Course is the best way to begin.
This structured program includes 10 classes designed specifically for complete beginners.
You will learn the foundations of pole dance in a safe and progressive way while building strength, coordination, and confidence.
Students attend 10 consecutive classes on the same day, at the same time, with the same teacher. After completing this course, you can continue with Beginner 1 classes.
Introduction Course
Several times per year we organize Intensive Pole Camps for complete beginners during school holidays (Easter, Summer and Christmas).
These camps allow you to learn the basics of pole dance in a short period of time with several classes.
They are a great option if you want to start quickly and immerse yourself in pole dance.
