In this workshop, the chair will be used as a prop to incorporate sensual dance movements.
Learn a specially choreographed chair dance routine that will make you feel sexy, confident, and empowered. This workshop is suitable for all levels!

WHAT YOU NEED: leggings and kneepads
Let the music in and find your flow. Improve your dancing and bring out your feminine, sexy and confident side. At each workshop, you will learn a new hypnotizing and acrobatic choreography based on floor work, basic pole dance figures, drops and heels tricks.
For this workshop you will need heels (Pleasers) and knee pads. To participate in this class you must have mastered the basics of pole dancing (min 10 classes). If you don't know the basics, please take some Heels Flow classes first.

Tired from watching Netflix or from working out in your living room all alone? Do you want to have a fun sweaty workout? During this workshops, we will learn some basic twerking techniques in detail and will connect the movements in a fun choreography.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
You have a 24 hour cancellation window.
If you cancel 24 hours before the start of the class, the credit will return to your account for later use. Any later cancellations will NOT be refunded.
Credits must be used before the end of the current session during purchase.
The student arrives at the class on time in order to participate in the warm up to reduce the risk of injury. The teacher reserves the right to refuse to allow the student to join the class if he/she is not warmed up properly.
Being able to cancel and get the credits back (if you cancel on time) is a special privilege that the studio gives to its students. It is absolutely not a due!
If you can't make it for any reason, there are only two options for getting your credit back.
1) You cancel on time on Fitogram and get your credit back to take another course IF AND ONLY IF there is AVAILABILITY. If there is no spot available, you will lose your credit.
2) You submit a medical certificate within 24 hours. With a medical certificate, you can keep your credit(s) for the next session. You must also send an email to notify the school.
