All skill levels are welcome.

Always in Studio Wilsele.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility is a class focused on improving the range of motion, active flexibility and promoting joint stability. This class is not only a great complementary class for all pole activities but also for general everyday life by relieving muscle tension and stress from the body.
Flexibility is a major fitness component that is often absent in most fitness programs because of which most people suffer from tight muscles or get injured during exercise because they are not flexible enough to perform workout regularly. As we age, we lose our flexibility and the only way to prevent our muscles from stiffening is to actively and regularly stretch and employ a stretching routine that keeps our bodies at an ideal level of flexibility.

SUNDAYS - 11h00 - WILSELE

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT

Still struggling with inversions? Does it take you long to recover after a pole class and you end up missing a few weeks of classes because yet again you have a shooting pain between the shoulder blades or you cannot move your neck? Then “functional movement from 0” is the class for you.

Improve your mind- body connection, get a better functioning core and learn how to release tension in your body to avoid injuries. This class will help you to move and to dance more freely and to use your body in a more effective way and most importantly to enjoy it more, without pain.

TUESDAYS - 19h00 - ONLINE

HEELS FLOW

These classes are designed for beginners with no prior pole dancing experience at all, no dance or fitness level requirement also. Learn how to move graciously on heels (Pleasers), to create nice body shapes and get an understanding of technical movements like shoulder stands and shoulder rolls. We take time to break down every movement of the body. It also includes working on heels, making graceful shapes, waves, steps, spins and some acrobatic elements.

TUESDAYS - 20h30 - WILSELE

STRENGTH & FLEX

Do you want to be strong and flexible too... but you don't have time to take two different classes?
No problem, We have the solution for you. One class that mixes strength and flexibility!
During 45 min, we will work on a circuit with stability, mobility and strength exercises for the shoulders but also the rest of the body. Emphasis will also be placed on cardio.
After the effort, it will be time to stretch... with 45 minutes of flexibility. We will work on different areas each week.
