The Introduction level includes 10 classes! It is mandatory to attend all 10 consecutive dates, on the same day, at the same time, with the same teacher. After this session you can follow the beg1 classes.

This mixed-level class is designed to build upon the fundamentals while introducing more complex techniques. Pole mix classes are for people who already have some pole dancing experience. All levels are welcome, whether you’re on a foundation course and fancy a bit of extra practice or someone who’s on the advanced and want to keep progressing. They are perfect as refreshers of what you already know and a great place to pick up some extra tricks too.

As polers we often focus on skills up on the pole, always trying to nail our next trick! However a creative floorwork is just as essential for connecting combos in a routine whether it is for your next performance or competition. In pole contemporary, we’ll explore different movement patterns that incorporate both dance and low acro elements. We will create a choreo by fusing pole work with contemporary dance.

Are you ready to turn your pole dreams into reality? Prepare yourself for a series of classes tailored to help you reach your pole goals!
Part 1: Strength (30 mins)
We will focus on building strength, endurance, and muscle toning to achieve and master essential pole moves like climbs, inverts, shoulder mounts, and ayesha.
We will start with a warm-up, followed by off-the-pole strength exercises, then on-the-pole exercises, and finally, conditioning your skills on the pole.
Part 2: Flexy (30 mins)
In the second part, we will stretch using techniques from yoga and functional training to achieve front splits, side splits, and backbends, allowing you to unlock twisty moves and perfect lines on the pole.
This class is for all levels! Each week we will alternate between focusing on the upper or lower body.

Flexibility is a class focused on improving the range of motion, active flexibility and promoting joint stability.
This class is not only a great complementary class for all pole activities but also for general everyday life by relieving muscle tension and stress from the body.
Flexibility is a major fitness component that is often absent in most fitness programs because of which most people suffer from tight muscles or get injured during exercise because they are not flexible enough to perform workout regularly. As we age, we lose our flexibility and the only way to prevent our muscles from stiffening is to actively and regularly stretch and employ a stretching routine that keeps our bodies at an ideal level of flexibility.
These classes are designed for beginners with no prior pole dancing experience at all, no dance or fitness level requirement also.

This class is designed for experienced pole dancers ready to push their spinning skills to new heights. You’ll refine your momentum control, integrate inversions seamlessly, and explore advanced transitions that make your movement effortless and dynamic. To join, you must be comfortable with inversions on a static pole and have experience with fundamental spins on spin mode.

Spinning pole is lots of fun and is suitable for all levels. It is an elegant and beautiful way to pole dance. You will learn to control your momentum and perform slow, controlled spins or fast tricks and transitions. Before you know it, you will be addicted to spinning pole!

Handstands can be terrifying but also addictive once
you try it.

These classes are designed for beginners with no prior pole dancing experience at all, no dance or fitness level requirement also. Learn how to move graciously on heels (Pleasers), to create nice body shapes and get an understanding of technical movements like shoulder stands and shoulder rolls. We take time to break down every movement of the body. It also includes working on heels, making graceful shapes, waves, steps, spins and some acrobatic elements.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
– You have a 24 hour cancellation window. If you cancel 24 hours before the start of the class, the credit will return to your account.
Any later cancellations will NOT be refunded.
– If DC POLE is forced to cancel a class or a workshop, it will offer the students an alternative.
– No refunds, except in case of pregnancy ( with medical certificate) or moving abroad (proof of adress)
Late arrivals:
The student arrives at the class on time in order to participate in the warm up to reduce the risk of injury. The teacher reserves the right to refuse to allow the student to join the class if he/she is not warmed up properly.
Being able to cancel and get the credits back (if you cancel on time) is a special privilege that the studio gives to its students. It is absolutely not a due!
If you can't make it for any reason, there are only two options for getting your credit back.
1) You cancel on time on Eversports and get your credit back to take another course IF AND ONLY IF there is AVAILABILITY.
If there is no spot available, you will lose your credit.
2) You submit a medical certificate within 24 hours. With a medical certificate, you can keep your credit(s) for the next session. You must also send an email to notify the school.
MEMBERSHIPS:
After the initial contract period, your membership will automatically be extended. If you would like to change/upgrade your membership or want to terminate your contract on the expiration date, please send us an e-mail (info@dcpolestudio.com) ultimately one month before the expiration date of your contract.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due on a monthly basis by preauthorized debit or credit card. If there is not enough funds in your account and direct debit is not possible, you will be charged an additional €5 administration fee on the next invoice.
