HEELS TECHNIQUE

Join us for a one-hour technical heels class where we will take the time to break down the essential basics. We will cover correct placements, waves, and how to work in harmony with the whole body. Let's develop your technique and confidence together.

HEELS FLOW

This class teaches you basic sexy (exotic) pole moves, preparatory exercises, easy pole combos. The teacher makes sure you understand all the moves and techniques right. It also includes working on heels, making graceful shapes, waves, steps, spins and some acrobatic elements.

FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility is a class focused on improving your range of motion, active flexibility and promote joint stability. This class is not only a great complementary class for all your pole activities but also for general everyday life by relieving muscle tension and stress from your body.

POLE STRAPS

You have been taking pole dance classes for a while and would like to learn a new skill, some great variations and other moves? Discover pole dance workshops with pole straps.
A pole dance strap is a strap specially designed to be attached to the bar with a loop.
During 1h, you will learn wonderful spins, tricks & combinations with the strap.
Beg: spins & basic invert
Inter: more difficult combinations & deadlift

AERIAL HOOP

Our aerial hoop classes (1h15) are designed to develop the strength, flexibility, and endurance needed to perform stunning maneuvers like spins, drops, and rolls. You will learn how to safely climb and maneuver within the hoop, mastering various aerial hoop tricks that challenge you to reach new heights. With a strong emphasis on proper technique, safety, and gradual progression, our aerial hoop classes cater to both beginners and advanced students.

HANDSTANDS ON POLE

Handstands can be terrifying but also addictive once you try it.
This class will help you work on some basic handstand tips and translate them to pole. You can also expect to gain an understanding based on handstands, as well as learning a toolkit of exercises that will help you improve your handstand level efficiently and safely!

BACK TO TRACK

Join me at the end of August for the "Back to Track" classes to close out the pole camp and help you get back into pole training after a two-month break or reduced pole activity. During this final week, we will focus primarily on the shoulders, back, and core with exercises that mimic pole movements but without the pole. 
Let's work together to rebuild your strength and confidence safely.

SPLITS ON POLE

Are you aiming to master your splits, achieve beautiful lines on pole?
With a specific emphasis on strengthening your glutes, hip flexors, and hamstrings, the class prioritises active flex conditioning over static stretches alone.
After the warmup, the teacher will give 101 splits on pole! Vertical, horizontal, straddle,...how many ways can you show off your split on the pole?

BRING YOUR LOVER

Are you still looking for an original activity to do with your lover this summer?

In the first session, we'll delve into the theory: understanding which muscles are used, their functions, tips for success, what to avoid or consider, and which off-the-pole exercises you can do at home to continue training.

In the second session, we will focus on practical steps. I will guide you step-by-step through the necessary stages and tricks to achieve a proper inversion on both static and spinning poles. Beginners are more than welcome as we will cover the basics thoroughly!
The two workshops can be taken separately, but for the most in-depth knowledge, it's best to take both.

We are excited to announce an exclusive photoshoot session designed to highlight the incredible skills of our pole students. This special event will feature an extraordinary photographer – Lieven Dewitte renowned for capturing the perfect blend of emotion and strength in every shot.

To ensure you shine your brightest, Diana will be on hand throughout your session. She will help you find the best angles, perfect your posture, and ensure no stray hair or small imperfections ruin the shot.

In preparation, we ask that you come ready with 5-6 tricks in mind. This will help the photoshoot run smoothly and efficiently. A word of advice: often, the basic poses make for the best photos. If you struggle with a complex trick, it will show on your face and affect the final result.
